It’s no coincidence that the cuvée “Very Limoux” is so named: it embodies the richness of the magnificent Limoux terroir. The terraced vineyards to the west, planted on clay-limestone soils, give it minerality and elegance. The plots to the east bring sunshine and fruit, while the plots to the south add freshness. These ideal geographical conditions are complemented by meticulous work in the vineyard and cellar. Very Limoux is a concentrate of red fruit (blackcurrant, raspberry), with hints of spice. The balance between delicacy and freshness is optimal. Superb value for money in this appellation!
