Viña El Pisón 2021 offers deep aromas of minerals, herbs, white pepper, oyster shells, hibiscus, freshly chopped blueberries and forest berries. This is a lively wine, with a superb palate feel and very elegant tannins. The chalky palate is quite pronounced. The wine has astonishing balance and the components develop over a long period in the bottle. It offers great tension and immaculate tannins, for a lingering, mineral finish. Already approachable now, but its balance is impeccable, allowing it to age effortlessly.
