This Rosé Gran Rerserva is aged for four years in oak barrels and six in tanks to stabilize the wine to perfection. The result is daunting, the first bouquet exhales a fabulous wood aroma worthy of the greatest whiteBurgundywines, then the nose quickly offers delicious red berries followed by floral notes with peony hints. On the palate it is flexible, juicy and palatable, thanks to the very delicate tannins carried by a dynamic freshness where the barrel is very elegantly marked.
