This 100% Carignan from old vines over 50 years old is partly vinified using carbonic maceration, giving it a very round and indulgent character with bright, fresh fruit. The nose is very open with aromas of spices, garrigue and slightly jammy red and black fruits. The palate is full-bodied and supple with very enveloping tannins, making it very drinkable.
