This cuvée is the story of several passionate winegrowers who have come together to create a wine that showcases their terroir and the unique landscapes of Salagou, which is still relatively unknown but is sure to become a must-try in the years to come. The vines, aged between 20 and 40 years old, are planted on these very special red soils. The warm climate, counterbalanced by cool nights, allows the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures, preserving all the aromatic purity of the fruit. The nose reveals notes of white flowers, exotic fruits and citrus. The palate is fresh and taut, with a salty finish reminiscent of the minerality of the terroir.
