Vilmart et Cie Ratafia is composed of 100% Pinot Noir (grape must) classified Premier Cru that has had the alcoholic fermentation blocked by an alcohol ‘fineâ€?of champagne. Following the manual harvest in 2009, this Ratafia has aged in wooden barrels for five years. The nose is fresh with candied fruit flavours leading to ginger-bready hints and a fresh, elegant palate with incredible aromatic length.
