From Grape to 0% Alcohol

VINADA® uses a careful, traditional winemaking method to maintain all the aromas and flavours of its grapes:

1. Grapes are lightly bruised to release colour and natural flavours.

2. Juice and skins are separated and fermented gently.

3. De-alcoholisation is done under low-temperature vacuum extraction, preserving delicate aromas.

4. Aromas captured during de-alcoholisation are returned to the wine, keeping it fruity, crisp, and lively.

5. Finally, the wine is filtered, stabilised, and bottled, ready to enjoy responsibly.
