VinhaPan2020–LuisPato

Vinha Pan 2020, from a south-east-facing slope planted 40 years ago on very stony clay-limestone soils, has a clean, expressive nose, floral and fragrant, even peachy. The wine was aged for two years in used French oak. It has very fine tannins and a soft texture. This is a super-elegant 100% Baga, with notes of blackcurrant, spice and cedar. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with good balance, chewy tannins and a lingering, fruity finish. This is a well-balanced, juicy and elegant wine that will age wonderfully for over 10 years.
