Baettig’s “Los Parientes” Chardonnay is unique in its freshness and aromatic complexity. This cuvée accompanies thePinot Noircuvée on the same terroir, a parcel of ancient volcanic soil in the Malleco region of Chile. Cool temperatures during the summer and refreshing rainfall in December and January meant that the fruit ripened long and gently, and the harvest was slightly late. The palate is full of mineral and floral notes. This wine is deep and harmonious, perfectly balanced by a fine acidity that makes it lively.
