Les Jamelles invites you to discover an orange wine made using a little-known winemaking technique: the maceration of white grapes. With a slightly coppery orange colour, very different from that of aroséwine, this maceratedwhite winehas an atypical aromatic profile with subtle spicy notes of ginger, cumin, juniper berries, cloves and gingerbread, as well as hints of candied citrus fruits, orange zest and bergamot. The palate is delicate, fresh and smooth, with good balance. The citrus and floral aromas (snapdragon, nasturtium) reappear, and the finish ends with a slightly peppery touch (grey pepper) brought by light tannins that leave an impression of freshness and pleasant tension.
