This Viognier 2024 is a blend of carefully selected plots. It was aged for 8 months, divided equally between barrels, casks and vats, preserving the purity of the fruit while adding complexity. The colour is golden and bright. The nose, very typical of thegrape variety , reveals intense aromas of ripe yellow fruit (apricot, peach) and a floral touch of violet. The palate is full-bodied and juicy, carried by a beautiful freshness. A tangy note stretches the aroma on the finish, making the whole both indulgent and precise.
