Viré-Clessé2022–MaisonChampy

The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in one of the 43 communes authorised to produce Mâcon Village AOC. The vineyards are located on an east-facing slope, to the north of the vast Mâcons area, and therefore benefit from ideal exposure. The wine is carefully vinified, fermented at low temperature in stainless steel vats at a constant temperature, with no residual sugar and full malolactic fermentation. Lively and citrus-flavoured, this wine is full-bodied, with a fine minerality typical of Northern Mâcons, and a fresh, pleasant finish.
