About the Climat Les Lurets: a burial site was discovered under this parcel in the 18th Century, containing a skeleton wearing a strange golden helmet… something to speculate about over a glass! Organicfarming, manual harvest and naturalvinification. Maceration of the whole bunches, 12 months of aging in egg-shaped concrete vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, and without added sulfites.
