This wine perfectly embodies the distinctive character and elegance of Burgundy. Grown on a clay-limestone terroir, the Pinot Noirgrape varietyis harvested by hand and vinified using traditional methods. After maceration and fermentation in cement vats for 12 days, it is matured for 16 to 18 months in recently replaced oak barrels. This process results in the revelation of bewitching aromas of cherries and strawberries, accompanied by a subtle woody touch. On the palate, this wine is distinguished by its fleshy structure, remarkable balance and fine tannins, giving it a long finish. What’s more, it has an exceptional capacity for ageing, with an ageing potential of 10 to 20 years!
