This Première Idylle cuvée is the result of a stringent selection of terroirs and is made with the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle. This Vouvray has a nose with delicate aromas that are very typical of Chenin, with apricot and beeswax together with quince paste. A crisp, taut palate with a mineral finish, making it perfect to pair with seafood dishes or your favorite desserts.
