The wines come from Chenin vines in the most prestigious areas of the Vouvray appellation, on silty clay soils. The philosophy of the domaine requires that the juice does not undergo malolactic fermentation and ageing is short, without new wood, in order to gain tension and acidity during the tasting. This semi-dry with 20.9 grammes of residual natural sugar is a pale golden colour, elegant and promising. The extraordinarily delicious nose dons notes of pear, quince, orchard fruit with a hint of lychee and spring honey. The palate is delicate and opulent, treading the line between freshness and depth, ensuring great ageing potential. This vintage offers mouth-watering length and guarantees a great moment of tasting.
