This is a very special bottle of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Single estate, handpicked and produced in very limited quantities. Everything is done with the utmost care from the vineyard through to the bottling. Gentle handling during harvest, followed by whole bunch crushing of the grapes allows the delicate mineral and citrus characters to show through on a palate. It is further layered with tropical fruit and underlying herbaceous flavours. It is mouth filling, crisp and fully dry, with excellent vibrancy, delicacy and depth.
