Crafted in the heart of the Mosel region, this Riesling Sekt is a wonderfully refreshing sparkling white that bursts with spring flavours. Sourced from steep, red shale-based vineyards in the Mosel, the Riesling grapes are hand-harvested in whole bunches and fermented naturally in stainless steel tanks. The base wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and before ageing for 15 months on its lees, giving it a fine texture and subtle autolytic complexity. Defined by its vibrant acidity and fresh fruit character, the wine is lifted by gentle umami hints and a touch of candied orange peel on the finish.
