West Cork Distillers based in Skibbereen, West Cork (& previously in Union Hall) have been distilling since 2004. They produce blended, pot still andsingle malt whiskey made using spring water and barley they malt themselves.

, Flavour: Golden pear, sweet vanilla and fresh citrus and with spicier notes of nutmeg and black pepper on a silky smooth body.
