Created by the Tessendier Distillery, Arlett Tourbé has been aged for over three years in bourbon casks, allowing the peat to fully express itself. It offers beautiful complexity, with powerful aromas of smoke and peat that immediately come to the fore. The attack is clean and frank, with a pronounced 50 PPM peat with smoky and iodine notes. The finish is long, persistent and marked. It leaves a slight warmth, with echoes of ash and burnt wood that slowly fade, offering a sensation of depth and complexity.
