The cornerstone of the range, Armorik ClassicOrganicis the result of ageing in bourbon casks of different ages. Smooth, creamy and indulgent, it highlights the quality of ageing on the Brittany coast and the expertise of the cellar master.It is distilled from organic malted barley, then aged in oak casks, mainly former bourbon casks, in Breton cellars influenced by the sea. It reveals fruity and malty aromas, with notes of apple, pear and a slight hint of vanilla. The attack is smooth, marked by flavours of cereals, ripe fruit and a hint of spice. The finish is long and sweet, with a pleasant woody persistence.
