Selected from their most chalky vineyard plots and smaller bunches, the grapes were fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete eggs made from Atacama stones. TaraSauvignonBlanc 2022 was bottled unfined and unfiltered with the fine lees to preserve the pure character of the Atacama Desert. This is the second vintage of this wine. It is lively and vibrant, light, refreshing and acidic. It goes wonderfully with oysters, sea urchins and creamy cheeses.
