William Fevre Chablis Chardonnay 2023 combines the fruitiness of citrus and white fruits with a fresh and supple palate that is complemented by mineral notes.

Domaine William Fevre’s vineyards sit on Kimmeridgian subsoil and enjoy ideal exposures to produce a very fine wine. The Chablis region is 3,100 hectares stretching from the extension of the Premiers Crus to the neighbouring communes. The soil in this region is chalky clay, marl, and marly limestone from the Kimmeridgian era (the upper Jurassic geological period, 160-140 million years ago). Located on either side of the Serein River. The subsoil in this region is rich in minerals and oyster fossils, giving the mineral character typical of the wines of Chablis.
