Songwriter Bobby Krieger was inspired by the four elements: Earth, Wind, Sea and Fire, though would concentrate on just one of them for this song. Wine n’ Roses are equally inspired – to practice sustainable and ecological winegrowing as has always been practiced traditionally in the area.

The organic Garnacha Tintorera vines are planted in goblet and vertically trellised systems in poor, stony limestone soils in vineyards situated in La Font de La Figuera in the interior of the province of Valencia that benefits from a dry climate and low rainfall.

The wine has 9 months in French and American oak.

Intense aroma of red fruits with toasted and spicy notes, with an undertone of Mediterranean flora. Full, fleshy, enveloping, and intense palate.

Matches perfectly with traditional meat stews, soups, and pasta dishes.
