The Blanc de Blanc is the first release from part of the vineyard that is on the steepest slopes and rooted in the chalkiest soils ensuring that the vines are kept as dry as possible. Made from 100% Chardonnay it’s aged in the cellars for up to six years providing further depth to this English sparkling wine.
