A deep and sinuous red wine, produce from a collection of parcels of fruit that winemaker Xavier Vignon has unearthed in the south of the Rhône Valley. All the grapes are hand harvested from vineyards that are a minimum of 80 years old, which in vine terms, are about as old as you can get! You’ll find lots of dark berry fruit, earthy undertones and the high abv% gives the wine a lovely shine to the long and spicy finish.
