For those who don’t already know the talented winemaker Xavier Braujou, ‘XB’ are his initials. The tasting invites us to discover a particularly fresh and delicate Syrah. The attack is immediately fresh and invigorating, the mid-palate is crisp and fruity, and the finish is long and fresh, underpinned by complex notes of liquorice and roasting.
