Zeitgeist Riesling begins with handpicked Riesling grapes from the renowned Rüdesheim region

• Conditions: This modern technique allows for alcohol extraction under extremely low pressure and temperatures around 30C
• Result: Almost no flavours are lost during the dealcoholisation treatment
