STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Established by Sergio Zenato in 1960, he has since been joined by his wife and children in their 75ha estate on the shore of Lake Garda. They are world renowned for the quality of the wine they produce. Once the grapes have been destemmed and pressed, they are left to ferment for 10 days in steel tanks at a temperature of 26°C. At the end of the fermentation, the wine is separated from the skins by soft pressing.
