Run by Olivier Humbrecht, the estate is renowned for its high-quality wines, many of which areorganicor biodynamic. Vinified in large traditional oak tuns, the wine remains on its lees until bottling. Expressive and floral, with notes of fresh fruit, the cuvée has hints of citrus, but also more complex aromas of white flowers, honey and dried fruit. Maturing gives it toasty, stony and nutty flavours. The balance between acidity, roundness and richness is remarkable. It is already very pleasant to drink young, but it also has ageing potential, which will enable it to improve over the years.
