Made from organic grapes of Sangiovese and other varieties from the vineyards located very close to the Tuscan coast. This is an elegant wine with rich fruity notes of black cherry and blackberry . Smooth tannins on the palate with a silky finish.

Cellaring: Drink now to 2028Food Pairing: T-bone steak or roasted lamb seasoned with rosemary and garlic. For pasta, the wine’s acidity perfectly complements tomato-based sauces like hearty ragu or lasagna, while its earthier undertones match well with dishes featuring wild mushrooms and savoury aged cheeses such as Pecorino Toscano. | ?️ Serve at a temperature between 12 and 14ºC.

STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Jason Baffa, Chris Del Moro and Piergiorgio Castellani have collaborated to establish this winery, which they farm organically. They met while film-maker Baffa was travelling in Italy filming “Bella Vita”. They are inspired by surfing, organic food, family and wine! A true Italian/Californian collaboration
