Sans A modern take on traditional Genever, produced from a mash of Malted Barley, Rye and Corn. The mash of these grains are distilled three times in a pot still after a week of fermentation, and finally matured for a 5 year period in American oak casks. The end result is bottled as a single barrel release – a concept typically used in the Scotch and American whisky industry.
